Pool Builder & Screen Enclosures in DeBary, FL
Pool Builder & Screen Enclosure Contractor in DeBary, FL
DeBary sits right next door to our Deltona office, and it’s one of the towns we work in most. Southern Construction builds pools, pool cages and porch enclosures, pavers and pool decks for DeBary homeowners, and we handle screen enclosure repairs and full rescreens when an existing cage is torn, sagging or storm-damaged.
Southern Construction is a family-owned Central Florida contractor, formerly known as Southern Screen, building pools and screen enclosures since 2005. Our pool and screen enclosure crews are our own, so the people who quote your DeBary project are the people who build it.

What Homeowners Say About Southern Construction
“I recommend this company highly. They were professional, punctual, and nice! They tore down my old cage and replaced it with a beautiful one. They also were very responsive to any inquiries I had. This is a great family company that I will hire again if needed.”
Licensed for Every Part of Your Project
