Pool Builder & Screen Enclosures in Edgewater, FL
Pool Builder & Screen Enclosure Contractor in Edgewater, FL
Edgewater’s coastal weather is hard on screen enclosures, and a pool here gets used most of the year. Southern Construction builds pools, pool cages, porch enclosures and paver pool decks for Edgewater homeowners, and we repair and rescreen enclosures damaged by wind, storms and age.
Southern Construction is a family-owned Central Florida contractor, formerly known as Southern Screen, building pools and screen enclosures since 2005. Our pool and screen enclosure crews are our own, so the people who quote your Edgewater project are the people who build it.

What Homeowners Say About Southern Construction
“I recommend this company highly. They were professional, punctual, and nice! They tore down my old cage and replaced it with a beautiful one. They also were very responsive to any inquiries I had. This is a great family company that I will hire again if needed.”
Licensed for Every Part of Your Project
Southern Construction holds Florida licenses as a Certified General Contractor (CGC1511557) and Certified Pool Contractor (CPC1461713), so your pool, enclosure and hardscape can be built under one contractor instead of three. We serve Edgewater and the rest of Volusia County from our office in Deltona.
